  1. Good recipe but the lemon was a bit overwhelming. I will probably use half a lemon or less next time. Thanks!

  2. This recipe was excellent, I had some kale to use and kale salad just doesnโ€™t do it for me! ย I happened to have all the ingredients on a Sunday afternoon. ย I will definitely make this again.

  3. Delicious! Also used spinach instead of kale and it turned out great. It filled in for the โ€œdifferent restaurant plateโ€ now that we cannot go out due to the quarantine.ย

  4. Phenomenal! I didn’t have baby kale but I had a bunch of spinach and arugula, my hubby requested I make it again soon!

Perfect pasta dish for a citrus lover like me (:

    1. Hi, Delsy! I am so glad to hear you loved the recipe. This is one of my favorite pasta dishes. And it’s so versatile. Switching out the spinach for broccoli sounds great. Thanks so much for your feedback!

  6. This was my first one pot meal and I will definitely be making more like it! The pasta was cooked well and it was so easy! I will say, next time I make it I will probably cut the lemon juice to 1 Tablespoon as it was a bit too overpowering for my family’s taste. But I loved the creaminess and will definitely be trying more of your one pot meals! ๐Ÿ™‚ thanks!
