How to make strawberry sangria
To make sangria, you will need white white, sparkling water and sugar syrup. Use Sauvignon Blanc or Pinot Grigio for the best flavor. Combine the syrup and wine together in a large pitcher. Cover and chill for up to 24 hours. Add the sparking water just prior to serving.
To make the strawberry syrup for this sangria, heat strawberries, sugar and water in a large saucepan over medium heat. Bring the mixture to a boil and stir until the sugar is dissolved. Remove the mixture from the heat and cool to room temperature.
Once the strawberry mixture is cool, press it through a mesh sieve placed over a bowl (you can also use cheesecloth). Press the strawberries and extract as much juice as possible. Throw away the solids.

- We always recommend using organic strawberries since they are juicer and more flavorful than conventional berries.
