Steps to Make

steps to make chocolate chip cookie ice cream delight cake
  1. Combine the chocolate chip cookies and melted butter in a food processor or blender. Pulse until the cookies are crushed.
  2. Press the cookie crust mixture into an ungreased square baking pan. A 9-inch is preferred, but an 8-inch square pan works too.
  3. Beat the heavy whipping cream with an electric mixer. When the cream thickens slightly, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Continue beating until stiff peaks form to create the whipped cream.
  4. Spread the softened Breyers® Natural Vanilla ice cream in an even layer over the crust. Top with the whipped cream and then sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap or foil and freeze for 4 to 6 hours.
  6. Drizzle with hot fudge and additional crushed cookies right before serving.
