The Pearl located in Rosemary Beach, Florida is relaxing getaway featuring luxury accommodations and stunning ocean views! With a beautiful white sand beach steps from your room, you will never want to leave!
The Pearl is the type of place that is so special you almost don’t want to tell others about it. Scenic highway 30A, located on the panhandle in Florida, is my favorite place in the United States. I can say without a doubt, that I love this place. Not only is it located in Florida, so it is close to where I live, but it is one of the most beautiful and peaceful places that I have ever been. We spend many weekends and even a few weeks visiting the beaches along highway 30A each year.
The Pearl is located in the heart of Rosemary Beach, one of the many small towns located along 30A. When you enter Rosemary Beach you feel as if you have been transported to a quaint European village with shops, restaurants and a farmers market lining the streets. Right before the holidays I had an opportunity to visit The Pearl and enjoy a relaxing weekend at the beach.
Now stop for a minute and imagine waking up to that view. Stunning, right? No matter what time of the year, The Pearl in Rosemary Beach is the perfect place to relax, be pampered and enjoy the beautiful ocean views.
Every single room at The Pearl is beautiful. Many of the guest rooms feature private balconies with views of the town, pool and Gulf of Mexico. With modern, high-tech amenities throughout the hotel, including an Apple TV in every room, a TV in the bathroom, and complimentary iPads, you will have more than you ever need.
Any hotel that features nightly turndown service with a cookie and chocolate cake is a winner in my book!
As part of St. Joe Club and Resorts, The Pearl offers a wide variety of activities along 30A. In addition to the beautiful white sand beaches and emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico, The Pearl offers everything from golfing and tennis to fishing and water sports. A swimming pool, full-service spa and restaurant are located on-site. We spent one evening relaxing by the pool before dinner. Even at night, The Pearl is stunning.

HAVANA BEACH BAR & GRILL
Havana Beach Bar & Grill is located right on the property. The restaurant combines the flavors of the Gulf Coast Americana cuisine with Old World Spanish, Portuguese and French influences. I spoke with Executive Chef Matt Moore and learned all about the team behind the incredible food. The culinary team is dedicated to using the freshest ingredients possible. All of the ingredients are sourced within 100 miles and everything is fresh and flavorful. The dining room is the perfect place to gather with friends or enjoy a romantic dinner with your significant other.

We ordered the empanadas, avocado hearts of palm salad, crab cake, Maine lobster, and pumpkin cheesecake. The portions are much bigger than I was expecting which means you can split an appetizer with your guests or bring back the leftovers for a midnight snack.
We enjoyed dinner at the restaurant and I am looking forward to returning and trying the breakfast and lunch options. The menu rotates throughout the year to adjust to the fresh seasonal produce, meats and fish. They have an outdoor seating area where you can sit outside overlooking the town square and Gulf of Mexico. In addition to the restaurant, guests may also enjoy Havana Beach Rooftop Lounge, which offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and fresh gulf ceviche and small plates.
