Easy and delicious chicken thighs cook in a cast iron pan on the stove in under 30 minutes!

These are delicious! Will be adding into my dinner rotation

Pat the chicken thighs dry. Season them with paprika, garlic, onion powder, salt and pepper. Then, sear chicken thighs in olive oil on both sides.

Add the butter and garlic, then cook. Pour in the broth, scraping up the browned bits, then simmer.

 Remove the chicken from heat and garnish before serving.
