Place ham in a roasting pan. Pour the water and pineapple juice into the bottom, then cover the pan with foil. Place it in the oven and cook.

Prepare the glaze. Combine the brown sugar and all other ingredients in a small bowl.

Remove ham from the oven. Coat the entire ham with the syrup. Pour the brown sugar mixture over the syrup, patting it all over the ham.
