An easy salmon stir fry with homemade teriyaki sauce and classic stir fry vegetables.
I’ve never thought about using salmon in a stir fry before, but it was delicious!

Start by making the stir fry sauce. Cube the salmon and marinate it in the sauce while you chop the vegetables.

Sear the salmon on both sides in oil. Then transfer it to a plate, cover with foil, and set aside. Cook down the sauce and set aside to cool. Then, cook the vegetables next. Stir in some of the sauce and toss.

Add the salmon back to the pan, along with the remaining stir fry sauce, then stir to coat. Serve.
