- 1 1/2 pounds about 15 mini sweet peppers
- 10 ounce cup La Terra Fina Chunky Artichoke & Jalapeno Dip
- freshly chopped parsley for garnish
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and remove seeds. Spoon dip into the peppers and place cut side up on the baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.
