Homemade Lavender Latte

- 1 to 2 tablespoons lavender simple syrup
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup freshly brewed hot coffee or espresso
- 1/2 to 2/3 cup steamed or frothed milk (any kind)
Fill a mug with coffee to desired level, then add lavender simple syrup and stir.
Pour in the milk, holding back the foam with a spoon. Spoon the foam over the top, garnish with a sprinkle of dried lavender, if desired. Serve immediately.
